Hot Cocoa and Ice Cream Waffles

     Ice Cream Waffles!

      Alright, so these don't have a specific recipe.  Why not? You ask.  Well, because if I wrote one it would look like this:

     1 of your favorite waffles

     3 scoops of your favorite ice cream

     Chocolate sauce (to taste)

Put ice cream on prepared waffle.  Pour chocolate sauce over to your delight (did that make sense?)

Hot Cocoa

In a saucepan mix cocoa powder and sugar on a 1:2 ratio, add a little bit of milk and bring to a rolling boil. Add more milk till it's a nice hot chocolaty looking color (approx. 1 cup for every tablespoon of cocoa).  Heat until steamy.  Serve hot.
